PAYMENTS
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and, Discover, and PayPal. We will not store your credit card information and utilize advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the color displayed on your computer can vary depending on your monitor setting.  As a result, the colors you see may differ from the actual color of the product.  If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] – we would LOVE to help!

WAITLIST
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient inventory of items listed on our site, we are a small company and some of the products displayed may be out of our stock. If we are out of stock on an item you may sign up for our waitlist and we will email you once the item becomes available again.

MADE TO ORDER
Some items on our site are listed as made to order. This means that we only manufacture the product once you have placed your order.  As a result sometimes these items can take a bit longer to ship since they are custom made.  These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective since they have been made just for you. We hope you understand.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from California to select countries. As we are a small company we will make every effort to ship in stock items to you in a timely manner.  However, sometimes it can take up to 7 days for items to leave our shipping center. Shipping times may also vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or national/federal holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses per order, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, EU Countries, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the UAE.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for all orders shipped in California.  Any additional taxes, brokerage, customs, or duty fees based on your location will be incurred by the recipient. Our shipping service will contact you directly to confirm preferred method of payment for these charges.

SHIPPING RATES
These rates do not apply to international or expedited orders. For international orders shipping charges are calculated at checkout.  However, if we can find a better rate for you at the time of shipping we will refund you the difference.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you find that it’s not quite right for you please email us at [email protected], we would love a change to make you happy. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and require written pre-authorization. We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and unopened with their original tags. Please note we do not refund shipping charges and import fees. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
